NICE TO MEET YOU.

Whoever is out there reading this - I am Jorden Walda. Boys name, yes but I do spend a lot of time in pants so it kinda suits right?

My Mumma taught me to sew when I was a little kid after constant whinging that I wanted to use her machine (and putting my teeny fingers unbearably too close to the speedy needle whilst she stitched away) so I owe her for sparking up my sewers thumb. I also could never forget the countless trips to the mall, craft stores and home ware outlets Mum would drag us through repeatedly as children, the endless and amazing DIY home decor projects she would complete in our front yard or even the 90’s style heels I would trot around the house in unconscious of the fact my feet would  never grow large enough to fit her dazzling collection of shoes. As for Dad, he has always been a very laidback, arty, hands-on guy - carving surfboards from hand is definitely a favourite pastime and his love for nurturing his little garden is so passionate it’s rubbed off hard onto me- in conclusion, the unity of my parents definitely made for a creative child.

I’ll post a bit more about myself in the future - but enough is enough for now.
